Maurice (Moe) Muise is the President & CEO of Muise Mergers & Acquisitions Inc. Maurice founded Muise Mergers & Acquisitions Inc in January 1998 after selling his successful retail businesses. After decades of a successful entrepreneurial career coupled with extensive international business development experience, Maurice knows how to effectively conduct negotiations and secure profitable deals for his clients.

Maurice listens intently to his clients' needs and concerns, develops a strategy to accomplish their goals and maintains clarity from start to finish in the entire process through transparent communications. Decades of experience in starting businesses, closing deals in Canada, and Internationally has positioned Maurice as a seasoned business leader.

 


Maurice served in the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) during the height of the Cold War. Following his honourable release from the Navy in December of 1972, he ventured into the private sector and founded, operated and sold two successful businesses. Since 1992, Maurice has successfully helped companies expand their market reach and assisted owners navigate the volatile process of selling their businesses.

With his military background, Maurice is disciplined, methodical and deliberate. He combines his worldwide experience with shrewd business acumen, as well as an affable personality, to execute smooth, productive negotiations, constantly achieving his clients' goals.

Maurice is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Institute, Nova Scotia Institute of Technology and has undertaken executive level studies at St Mary’s University, Dalhousie University and the Harvard Business School
